Every Monday, read my sheet and mail the team what changed since last week.

What it does

Every Monday the agent reads the sheet, compares it with the previous run, and writes what changed in prose — which numbers moved, by how much, and which ones did not move when they were supposed to.

The sheet stays the source of truth. The routine writes about it; it does not write into it.

Setup

A Google account with Sheets connected in Skills. This one is a hard gate: the installer refuses until Sheets is on the connection.

Delivery goes to email by default. Each recipient address is verified once before anything is sent to it.

Installing it

Install it from Skills, in the routines shelf. It arrives as a draft task with the schedule above already seeded and its trigger disarmed, so nothing runs until you arm it. The agent then fills the blanks the template leaves — which sheet and tabs, which numbers matter, who is on the mail — with you, in chat.

The schedule and the delivery channel are yours to change at install time and after: both are plain fields on the task.
