Receipts → Google Sheet

Updated

Every Monday, find the receipts in my mail and append them to my spreadsheet, one row each.

What it does

The agent looks through the mail for receipts and invoices, reads the amount, the date, the vendor and the currency off each one, and appends a row per receipt to your spreadsheet. Anything it has already filed is skipped, so a re-run does not duplicate rows.

What it could not read confidently it flags instead of guessing.

Setup

A Google account connected in Skills, with Sheets — the hard gate the installer checks — and Gmail on the same connection, since that is where the receipts arrive.

The run reports back in chat by default: how many rows it appended and what it flagged.

Installing it

Install it from Skills, in the routines shelf. It arrives as a draft task with the schedule above already seeded and its trigger disarmed, so nothing runs until you arm it. The agent then fills the blanks the template leaves — which spreadsheet, which columns, what counts as a receipt — with you, in chat.

The schedule and the delivery channel are yours to change at install time and after: both are plain fields on the task.
