Meeting prep
Before work each morning, prep today’s meetings — who is attending and what is still open with them.
What it does
Before the working day, the agent walks today’s calendar and prepares each meeting: who is attending, what you last exchanged with them, which threads are still open, and what came out of the previous meeting in the same series.
It lands in chat rather than a message channel, so you can ask follow-ups on any of it right where the prep is.
Setup
A Google account with Calendar connected in Skills. This one is a hard gate: the installer refuses until Calendar is on the connection. Mail on the same connection makes the attendee context better but is not required.
Results land in chat, so there is no channel to connect.
Installing it
Install it from Skills, in the routines shelf. It arrives as a draft task with the schedule above already seeded and its trigger disarmed, so nothing runs until you arm it. The agent then fills the blanks the template leaves — which calendar, how far ahead, how much history per attendee — with you, in chat.
The schedule and the delivery channel are yours to change at install time and after: both are plain fields on the task.
