the fine print
Everything is prepaid. When your balance reaches zero, your agents pause until you top up or your plan renews. Nothing is deleted — your workspace and data stay intact.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Cancel anytime in the customer portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and you keep your plan until then.
Subscription credits reset at each renewal — unused ones don't roll over. Purchased credit packs and the 300-credit welcome grant never expire.
