Inbox triage
Read my inbox every half hour, label the routine mail, and draft the replies for me to approve.
What it does
Every half hour the agent reads what is new in your inbox, labels it against the rules you gave it, and writes replies for the mail that is routine. Anything that needs a decision is left alone and surfaced to you.
Drafts are never sent on their own. Each one arrives in Approvals with the original mail beside it — you approve, edit before approving, or reject. Nothing leaves your mailbox without that click.
Setup
A Google account with Gmail connected in Skills. This one is a hard gate: the installer refuses until Gmail is on the connection.
Results land in Approvals, so there is no channel to connect.
Installing it
Install it from Skills, in the routines shelf. It arrives as a draft task with the schedule above already seeded and its trigger disarmed, so nothing runs until you arm it. The agent then fills the blanks the template leaves — which labels, which senders count as routine, what tone the drafts take — with you, in chat.
The schedule and the delivery channel are yours to change at install time and after: both are plain fields on the task.
